Patterns abound in landscape and the world around us. This image came from a decision to create a view, a panorama of imagined landscape. Combining that landscape with mostly squared abstract patterns gave the result that I ended up with. Created just using the iron and the encaustic art wax block colours onto an A4 white painting card. Putting both natural and designed forms together offers a contrast that I find enjoyable 🙂  Hope you like it too.
